Below are the current openings:

1. Fundraising & Events Coordinator

Pay: $14–$20/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Part-time (contract), 20–30 hours per week; mix of office/remote work and on-site event participation; flexible daytime hours with occasional evenings/weekends for events

About the Role:
The Fundraising & Events Coordinator supports our fundraising and outreach efforts, including planning and executing local fundraisers, coordinating volunteers, managing event logistics, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone organized, motivated, and passionate about community involvement—whether you’re a retired professional, a stay-at-home parent, or someone with volunteer/nonprofit experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute fundraising initiatives, including T-shirt and merchandise sales, restaurant fundraising nights, golf tournament, and other signature events.
Recruit, schedule, and communicate with volunteers for events and popup shops.
Manage event logistics, setup, and breakdown.
Assist with tracking donations, sponsorships, auction items, and event timelines.

Requirements:

Minimum age 21, High school diploma/GED
Valid Texas driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
Background check and drug test required
Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

2. Unite Team Lead – Direct Support Professional (Adult Day Program)

Pay: $12–$14/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Part-time (contract), 15 hours/week (Tuesdays and Thursdays; additional weekdays as needed)

About the Role:
The Unite Team Lead supervises and supports adults with intellectual disabilities in our day program, helping them develop life skills, participate in meaningful work activities, and build independence. This role requires compassion, patience, and the ability to foster a respectful and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide participants in daily routines and personal care
Use positive behavior supports, de-escalation strategies, and ensure safety
Assist with medication administration and participate in program activities
Maintain professional boundaries while building supportive relationships

Requirements:

Minimum age 21, High school diploma/GED
Valid Texas driver’s license, auto insurance, CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
Background check, drug test, and TB test required
Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
